This is what I call "testing the waters..."

   "...after not swimming much for so, so long."  (And that's what's probably called "the self depreciating comment", likely the first in a series.  Said series will run concurrent with "sarcasm", "nitpicky rewrites", the closely related "procrastinating about writing", and "opinions not quite in line in with the general public".  Among other things.)



   The "yet again" part is, as many of you have probably guessed, a reference to me having blogged before.  Some months ago and not to frequently, I commented and blew off a little steam over at and/or on Tumblr under the title "So how can my Dashboard be 'literally on fire'?"  That fairly brief blog's title was inspired by e-mails Tumblr sent to me trying to encourage me into exploring their social/bloggers network by titling their messages with arguably the most famous Grammatical Incorrectness currently known.  I am not sure if I'm going to be giving up completely over there to concentrate over here, but I do plan on trying on both here and there for a bit so I'll at least not look like too big a quitter.




   Minor revelation:  One thing I plan on sharing at both blogging sites and one of the motivations for getting back into such things is a school assignment, where I hope to.... well, several things actually.  Get the assignment done, get through the blockage, nitpicking and other sources of procrastination, prove to myself I can organize and lay out such material MUCH quicker and/or easier than I usually do, and hopefully to get the ball rolling on this newly resumed... dare I call it a hobby?



   I'm pressed for time right now, so more detail later.  After the assignment post, most likely.
